Maxine Lum Mauricio
Maxine Lum Mauricio is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of EMCOR Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 specialty construction and facilities and industrial services company. In addition to advising EMCOR on legal matters, Maxine also leads the company’s diversity, equity & inclusion, ESG and cybersecurity efforts.
Prior to joining EMCOR, Maxine was a corporate associate in the Boston office of Ropes & Gray LLP. Maxine received her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. Currently, Maxine is a board member of Novanta Inc. She also serves on Dartmouth’s Native American Visiting Committee and the Board of Visitors of the Rockefeller Center for Public Policy and the Social Sciences. In addition, Maxine is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and the Connecticut Governor’s Council on Women and Girls.
