Womankind works with survivors of gender-based violence to rise above trauma and build a path to healing. Since 1982, we have been bringing critical resources and deep cultural competency to help survivors of all ages find refuge, recovery, and renewal from domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual violence. Through our programs, we offer access to a safe place to live, counseling, legal assistance, wellness activities, and so much more. The Associate Director, Community Programs reports to the Director, Community Programs. The Assistant Director is responsible for oversight of several areas of the agency, including our borough-based services and offices and our special projects. They will work with staff to improve service delivery across programs and supports the organization in formulating and implementing new programs/projects, The Associate Director, Community Programs will also be responsible to

Womankind offers a competitive and outstanding compensation package. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Annual salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $65,000.
