WHAT IS QI GONG? Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese movement meditation that is based on increasing and moving the life energy already in the body. Qi Gong can be calming, and it can help reduce stress, clear the mind, and enhance one’s well being. It is easy to learn, and involves gentle movements combined with simple breathing and mindful awareness.
